Incoming call will automatically enable Bluetooth which will then automatically connect to your headset/Bluetooth device. Now you don't have to turn on/off Bluetooth each time you want to use it. It saves your battery and prolongs your phone's life by only enabling Bluetooth when it's going to be used.
WiFi is also turned On and Off automatically every time you turn on and off the screen. It connects to your last previously connected wireless network. When you turn off the screen, WiFi is automatically turned off. Your battery now will last longer as leaving WiFi on for a long period of time will drain your phone battery.
